"The Waving Man/Wavey Wavey"

theres currently no name known for this entity BUT IIII as the great inventor i am, i decided to name him the "waving man" (first idea by me and nebula was to name him "the wavey wavey" but we almost got shot dead because of it), for as far as we know the waving man appears only on servers who are entirely empty, but heres the catch, the waving man only appears 3 minutes before a player joins the server you're in even tho it is never 100% accurate. while the waving man is in said server it will only just stand still and obviously "wave", it will also put messages in the chat wich for what i remember were the following, "dont worry, you wont be alone for long!", "they are near", "continue playing, make friends!" and "patience!", and the last thing it does is that for the whole time its presence is in the server audio will play (which I'll show in a video).
